Rise + Release: Block

This gentle yet powerful practice blends breathwork, yoga asana, and strategic block placement to release fascial adhesions, unwind spinal tension, and restore postural integrity. Drawing from ancient and modern wisdom, we support the body's natural healing intelligence—enhancing circulation, boosting lymphatic flow, and nourishing tissues and organs on both physical and energetic levels.

You’ll leave feeling more open, aligned, and connected from the inside out. No experience needed—just bring your breath, curiosity, and a willingness to soften.
